It's time to round up our kindergartners for the 22-23 school year. Please see the flyer below for information. Also if your child is in need of a developmental screening, they can also schedule an appointment for those days.


COVID UPDATE: According to the CDC’s new guidance, masking is not a recommended prevention measure in counties where the COVID-19 Community Level is at low or medium. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/science/community-levels.html.
Pettis County COVID-19 Community Level is medium. Therefore, masks will now be OPTIONAL on Green Ridge R-8 school buses.

Harmony spent the weekend in Kansas City competing in the Heart of America Show Choir Competition.
They performed well and held their own against tough, talented competitions. Ashlee Martin, 12, was chosen as the top female soloist of the entire competition.

Cupcake Day Rescheduled!


Road conditions continue to deteriorate with additional freezing drizzle. Green Ridge will NOT be in session tomorrow, Friday, Feb. 25. This day will be made up on Monday, March 14.

GR8 Community, we are getting reports of some freezing drizzle causing slick spots in some areas. Our drivers are being extra cautious this morning. This could cause some pick up times to be delayed. Please take it slow this morning and be safe driving to school or work today!

Boys Basketball ended their season last night with a loss in the district tournament against Sacred Heart 68-35. The Tigers were led by Kamryn Hoos with 12 points, and Weston Crawford and Lucas Mason with 5. Thank you Igor, Parker, Trent, and Denis for your dedication to the basketball program over the last four years.

Boys Basketball District game is tonight (Monday, Feb. 21st) in Smithton, against Sacred Heart. Game tips off at 7:30 p.m.

The Lady Tigers season ended yesterday in the first round of the district tournament against a very talented Santa Fe team. Sophia Weis led the team in scoring with 15 and Bailey Perkins finished with 4 points.


Harmony headed down to Nevada today to compete in their Annual Nevada Show Choir Classic.
We have been working on a few changes, flipping the show order, and polishing spots. The work paid off, we took first place in our division!
We are headed to Kansas City next weekend and then Webb City to round out season.



Congratulations to our Lady Tigers Jr High basketball team on their 3rd place win in the Kaysinger Tournament! Congratulations ladies on a great season!


HS Girls district basketball game will tip off at 2:30, in Smithton, against Santa Fe.

Final update to JH Girls Basketball Tournament tomorrow. Game has been moved to noon start in Stover. Game will be held in the Dome.

Green Ridge Basketball contests for tomorrow night against Otterville have been canceled. Next up for the Tigers are the district tournaments.
Girls will play Saturday at 2:30 vs. Santa Fe. All district games will be played at Smithton High School.
Boys will play Monday night at 7:30 vs. Sacred Heart.
