Our GR8 Running Tigers competed in our District meet at Holden today. Everyone did an amazing job and 6 of our athletes placed in the Top 4 of our District - advancing them to our Sectional meet next Saturday in Adrian. 👏💪

Softball Districts has been rescheduled for tonight, in Lincoln, with first pitch at 5:30. The Softball Tigers will be battling Osceola in their first round tournament game. Good Luck Ladies!

From Mrs. Z: "It was a great day at the National History Day Missouri State Contest. I took Josie Porter for an individual paper with the Disibility Rights Sit-In. Kali Young and Ava Morris's focus was the Triangle Tragedy Exhibit. Emery Cannon, Rylee Donaldson, Callie Knoernschild, and Santana Rivas earned a second place finish which qualifies for nationals in Maryland!
I am so proud of all my girls and in a bit of shock!"

Coach Donaldson took 11 Jr. High track and field athletes to the Middle School Track and Field State Championship at Southwestern Baptist University at Bolivar yesterday. It was quite an experience taking part in a track meet with 90 schools competing! Of the 11 athletes 8 performed well enough to make the Class 1 State Championship podium. Regardless of where they finished we're extremely proud of all of them and couldn't have asked for a better close to their season.

MSHSAA State Music Festival
Miley Hayes, State Silver, prepared a trumpet solo. She and Ms.Kristy put in hours of work to prepare for this after Districts in March. Miley’s performance today was phenomenal. This is her 3rd year performing at the State level with a trumpet solo.
Isabel & Callie Knoernschild & Josie Porter, State Silver, prepared a vocal trio. The songs were prefect for their blend of voices and their performance was impeccable. This was their first year attending State as an ensemble and individuals.
Look forward to the next few weeks with all of these musicians as we wind down the year. Congratulations to all of the GR8 musicians and their performances.
